Ray Walson (1914-2001) was an American character actor best known for playing Uncle Martin in the 1960s sitcom My Favorite Martian although he had a long and varied career in film and television from the mid-1950s (one of his earliest roles was in the musical South Pacific) though to appearances in TV series such as Star Trek: Voyager and 7th Heaven in the years before his death. His other major long-running TV role was as Judge Bone in the 1990s series Picket Fences, and his apperance as Mr. Hand in 1982's Fast Times at Ridgemont High made him a cult figure with younger audiences. He guest starred on The Six Million Dollar Man as Horton Budge, a modern-day miser who experiences "A Bionic Christmas Carol" courtesy of Steve Austin.
