Quail's Laser is a high-powered, long-range laser weapon. The device was used by the international master criminal known only as Quail.
The device was capable of projecting a deadly laser beam to a specific location and assassinating multiple targets.
The laser was housed on Quail's secret island base off the coast of Norway.
