Special prosecutor in charge of securing an indictment against a rackateer named Victor Richie. Richie has hired the assassin [[John Hopper]] to kill Sandusky before that can happen. When Hopper misses his first attempt, he is spotted by [[Steve Austin]], who becomes attached to the security team for Sandusky.
