Biography

Joseph Ruskin is an American character actor. Prior to appearing in The Six Million Dollar Man, he portrayed Galt, the Master Thrall of Triskelion on Star Trek. He would go on to appear onscreen in three of the Star Trek spinoffs, as well as the film, Star Trek: Insurrection.
