Prince Aram Sakari is the heir to the throne of Kutan. A Major in the Kutani air force, he has begun training in an Allied flight school at Edwards Air Force Base under the direction of Col. Joe Gordon. His study team partner is Jan Simmons, a flight engineer. During his test flight an Ultra High Energy Coherent Wave is used to disrupt his controls and bring the plane down.
