Faler is one of a group of Aliens who have been living in the California mountains for centuries, studying Earth.

Always unhappy with his time on Earth, he casts his lot with a group of renegades led by Nedlick, stealing the Sasquatch and relocating to a new base in Mexico. In the fight between Nedlick's people and OSI's Bionic duo, he gains the notoriety of becoming perhaps the only being to be struck in rapid succession (in midair!) by three cybernetically enhanced antagonists: Steve Austin, Jaime Sommers and the Sasquatch.
