Ben Browder

Ben Browder (born 1962, Memphis, Tennessee) is an American actor best known for his work as John Crichton on the 1999-2003 Australian science fiction series, Farscape, and for his role as Cameron Mitchell during the final seaons of Stargate SG-1 from 2005 to 2007.

In 2004, Browder was cast as Lee Majors in Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of 'Charlie's Angels' a Canadian-produced NBC telefilm on the history of the series Charlie's Angels, which starred Majors' then-wife, Farrah Fawcett-Majors (played by Tricia Helfer). In his role as Majors, Browder recreated a scene from "The Secret of Bigfoot" and also wore a number of outfits associated with the character of Steve Austin.

Browder continues to work in the science-fiction field, and will be appearing in two made-for-DVD Stargate SG-1 productions (once again as Cameron Mitchell) in 2008.
